Myself and my fiancé went to a dinner to listen your educational presentation about being eco friendly and how to save energy. After the presentation, we then, were told that you only had one day to come out and give us an estimate. We also, had won the raffle prize of a free aluminum blanket wrap for our water heater, which we still have not received. The educational presentation was very well presented, but we did not want to purchase your services because it was to expensive and we felt rushed/pressured to purchase. Also, did not like the fact that you only had a crew in town for a little bit. How would you honor your 50 year warranty calls if your crew is all over the place?
I feel lied to as well because you have still not giving us our free aluminum blanket wrap for our water heater. They told us we would have it by Saturday 07/30/22.
