10/10! I could not be more satisfied with my experience with Top Green. The responsiveness and communication was impeccable. The service was fantastic and fairly priced. The team was friendly and approachable. I will be contacting Top Green in the future as work comes as these trees mature. I contacted Top Green requesting a quote to plant 15 trees and their initial response was very quick. We arranged for Jesus to come out the next morning with a 30 minute window. I was notified when he was on the way with an ETA that was in the original window I was given the day prior. We reviewed the work and Jesus was able to provide a quote and schedule the work for that Saturday. He also offered some additional cleanup work that I declined. On Friday afternoon I received a text confirming they would be onsite the next day and the estimated time. I mentioned I would like the other work if time permitted. I received another message on the day of the work and they arrived on time. I had started digging the holes and purchased materials before deciding it was too much work for me. Jesus and his team made quick work getting the trees in to the ground and digging the remaining holes. I had a dwarf tree that was in the ground that we wanted moved to a pot. I was explained the risks of potting the mature tree and once in the pot they even moved it to my deck for me. The yard cleanup was great. Everything was very neat and clean. At the walk through I noticed that one of the trees was out of alignment with the rest. I had marked the placement of the trees so this was probably an error on my part but the tree was moved and the final result was better than i could have expected. I asked if we could set something up for some check-ins to ensure i am providing proper care. Jesus explained they do regular maintenance in my area and offered to let me know when they were in the area in about 2 weeks to stop by. For me, this is above and beyond because I am new to trees.

Jesus responded to my request within an hour and quickly gave me an estimate for pulling one large lime tree and planting two mature fruit trees. He had the work done within two days and did a fantastic job. He knew about the needs of the trees, brought extra sold for amending me ground soil, and gave me advice on how to care for the trees. We were so please with his work and how clean he left our yard, we are asking for quotes on two other landscaping projects we have.
