- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is done per job but typically runs between $.90 and $3.00 per sq. ft. for removal and installation. includes sprinkler tune up. We also install gopher mesh. Gopher mesh is 1/2" galvanized hardware cloth and we lay iy down under the sod. It keeps the gophers out 100%
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I will come out to the customer's house to meet them in person and see the job. The meeting usually takes less than 30 minutes. I provide them with a quote at that time. If the customer chooses us for the work, then we pick a work day and schedule the job. Most of our residential jobs take only 1 day to complete. We don't take any deposits or payments until the job is complete.
