- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m offering 20$ off your first visit for a limited time if you mention Thumbtack. I also have a referral program where you get 20% off your next visit if you refer a new client who keeps their scheduled appointment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I begin with a consultation to assess clients wants and needs before I begin any treatment or service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from The Salon Professional Academy in San Jose, CA and continue to learn, every chance that I get. I have multiple certifications such as: Dermalogica Facials, PCA Skin Peels, ReZENerate NanoFacials, MUD Makeup, Barbicide Sanitation & Disinfection, Reiki Healing, Gemstone Healing, Lash Extensions, etc. I’m currently working on more certifications.
