We had Jazz Heating in for a diagnostic. They told me it wasn't the pressure sensor like I had thought, but rather the Valve and Computer, which they would fix for over $3k. I replaced the Valve myself ($100 part) and asked Mario from MDB to check the work for a maintenance fee. Within 5 minutes he confirmed the valve was not the issue and it was the pressure sensor like I originally said. I'm now purchasing that part for $50 and will be asking for my diagnostic fee back from Jazz. I now know who to call for honest service on my HVAC - thanks again Mario!

I can’t say enough positive about this service. I had had another person out earlier in the day who said that I would need a new air-conditioning unit, after replacing two smaller parts that he said did not fix the problem. Mario carefully assessed the problem, and it became clear that the first person who came out miss wired the new part that he installed. Causing that first part to malfunction. When ‘Marielle installed a replacement, it became clear that the air conditioning unit in fact did work. Then while my unit was old I did have the option of continuing repairing it. At 1/10 of the cost quoted by the first person. I was grateful for his professionalism, His confidence competence and his honesty. I will use him for any of my future HVAC needs.
