We had a project that involved a lot of different tasks: popcorn ceiling removal, carpentry, new drywall, electrical, window repair and flooring. We added several items to our original scope and Bill priced the extra work fairly. We are really glad we hired Bill.

Bill's work was professional and timely. He diligently pursued our project from start to finish.
He was very communicative throughout the project; keeping us informed of the status of the work.
Bill's Bid was competitive and he charged fair amounts for a couple of change orders due to unforeseen conditions.
The biggest compliment I could give is that we would definitely hire Bill again in the future!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I think I am fair in my pricing. Change orders agreed to by both parties are the only time price fluctuates. I have no unstated fees. My contracts always list line item pricing.
