I have 9 years of boxing experience. During our 1hr sessions, you will learn to improve coordination and fundamentals of boxing. Develop your speed and strength through drills and conditioning when you train with me.
$100 per session (48hr window for cancellation or to rebook)
$450 for 5 sessions package when you book in advance (cancellations within 48hrs)

Taking boxing lessons with Rachelle is a blast! It is a fun workout and an excellent way to test your coordination and agility. I also learned a new skill since I had never taken a boxing lesson before!

I’m so glad that I found Rachelle. This is really the only exercise I enjoy and she makes it fun and rewarding. She’s so positive, encouraging and passionate about training and exercising! She’s also super patient and she always made me feel that I’m doing great. This is really important for me in so many ways. She’s also happy to be very technical if you want to get into it. I learned so much about boxing, defence and offence, movements etc. I’m really enjoying the training with Rachelle. I highly recommend her!

Rachelle is AWESOME! I have nothing but great things to say about her. I have learned a tremendous amount in such a short time! I went into this with ZERO experience. She taught me the fundamentals of boxing, the mayweather style mittwork and so much more! She is very professional, punctual, and a badass! She is so inspiring! I highly recommend if you’re looking for a one on one boxing trainer. 10/10

Boxing with Rachelle was exhilarating and enlightening and keep me coming for more. I never box before and never consider boxing as a form of working out. The moment I am in Rachelle presence it is game time. She ensure I understand fundamentals as it is highly crucial to boxing. Surprisingly, boxing workout my entire body; cardio, arms, legs etc & by the time I am done with my workout with Coach Rachelle I am gasping and sweating for more rounds. I highly recommend you try out boxing with Rachelle whether you’re a beginner or a pro you’ll definitely get your money worth. One day I want to do a fight and Rachelle will be the reason I got my first fight 🥊
