MSB Property Management took over the property I live in earlier this year. My experience with them has been great. I love their online payment system and I love being able to submit my maintenance requests online too, it makes my life so much easier. Every time I have an issue theyre on it! Last week my kitchen sink backed up which is no good because I was having people over and needed to be able to cook, they had it repaired that same day. Theyre so personable, and even followed up with me the next day to make sure the plumber they hired took care of me properly. I also think its cool that they asked their tenants to review them. They care about us. Ive had bad experiences in other apartments in the past, but Nik is so attentive I will be here for a VERY long time.

Nik and his assistant are amazing. I called one day interested in an apartment in Berkeley, I went to a showing and someone else got it. Nik knew how bad I wanted the place so he put me on a list and contacted me the next week letting me know that in 30 days he would have another place in the same building. I know they have a ton of places but I wanted this one because its walking distance to Cal. Long story short these guys are really cool. Ive been living here for 2 years now and I have never had a problem.
