His passion for quality work really stands out. A friendly and personable professional, he is very easy to work and communicate with. I feel so lucky to have serendipitously found Kirk (via Thumbtack), when no other local locksmith could make a duplicate smart key for my Land Rover. Kirk provided precise service, only took less than 20 mins to program and cut the key, and provided a factory key to boot! The dealer wanted to charge me more than double $$$!! The best part? He fixed my faulty tailgate that would not open! It's so great he was the right person for the job as it involved three factors: electronic, mechanical, and locking. I was really impressed he accurately diagnosed the issue, was patient and thorough. HERO STATUS!!
