Don did a fantastic job from start to finish. He responded promptly to my initial inquiry. Scheduling was easy. He communicated well about his arrival time and arrived punctually. My dishwasher was not broken, but had started to smell due to grime trapped below the door in an area that is inaccessible without taking the door apart. I already knew this from YouTube videos but was wary of doing it myself. Don did a very thorough job of cleaning out that area and also cleaning out all the removable parts inside the dishwasher and showing me how to do this maintenance myself in the future. Before putting the door back together, he noticed that the tape keeping all the wires in neat bundles had come off and he retaped it all with fresh electrical tape. Altogether, he was here for almost two hours and charged me $90. This seems to me a very reasonable price for excellent work and great responsiveness to my particular concerns.
