- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If there is no recovery on your case, there is no fee. We only get paid if you get paid. If you do not get paid, we will not demand payment from you for any attorney's fees. We advance all costs on your case to reduce your risk. We understand that you may be in for a fight against the insurance company, and we have the financial backing to put up that fight.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From your first phone call to us, we make sure you are greeted kindly and warmly. We work hard to be a place where injured victims can go to where they feel comfortable. We know that if you were involved in a car accident that the insurance company will not take care of you like they should. On your first phone call, you should be able to speak to an attorney that will answer any and all of your questions. If we feel that you have a good case, we will have you come in for a strategy session, which is completely free and without any obligation.
