I am a capable and talented legal professional with over eight years of litigation experience. I have a client-centered practice focused on individuals and small-to-medium enterprises (both traditional and online) in business matters and in general civil litigation, including consumer claims, contract disputes, collections, employment and labor cases, lease disputes and unlawful detainers (eviction), privacy, and personal injury. I also represent individuals in family court (and family-related matters in probate court), including in restraining order and guardianship cases. I am certified to represent minors as appointed counsel in those courts. I work directly with my clients, and use current technology to control your legal costs and deliver quality legal work at competitive rates. My practice is informed by work in legal technology consulting before I was licensed. I also have a family background in law on both sides.
