- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing includes cost of per notarized signature, my travel fee based on where the signing is taking place, and any processing fees if paying with credit card. Apostille services will vary depending on standard or expedited services and how many documents are needed - please call to confirm these details together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We're always open to working with new clients as we provide an ongoing service for those who may never know what a mobile notary is needed for or when you get those documents that require to meet with a notary to get notarized! We always suggest to have the unsigned documents ready for appointments and IDs available so that way pricing can be accurate and the service would be streamlined.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2nd term Commissioned California Notary Public, Business Owner, and Apostille Facilitator which is regulated by the state of California to undergo a training course, a state exam, and a background check before being commissioned. 15 years in the customer service and client base industry, building relationships in all fields.
