Air conditioning condenser was not working. Mike came out, diagnosed and fixed the problem explaining everything along the way - went beyond to replace a wire that was going bad. WIll definitely hire him again.

Mike is a very nice guy. He came out to do routine maintenance on my A/C system. I just felt that $95 was a bit steep considering he was only there for 30 min. He didn't have the right size filter on the truck, so he said that the next time we call him out for service he would put the filter in then. I personally feel that he should have offered to come right back out within a week and replace it.

Standard Pricing: -Replacement of a thermostat $150 -Refrigerant Addition to the system $145. -Basic Maintenance $175 -Tier system on our website. Problems that are less intuitive and not very straightforward, we diagnose them first and perform repairs ONLY after the entire cost is known and approved by the home owner.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new or existing customer is equally easy and quick. -Find the cause of the existing problem. -Explain and show to the customer. -Confirm repair price. -Perform the repairs only after approval.
