FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an initial conversation discussing your goals and the scope of the project. Once we set the direction and formalize our commitment with a contract and initial retainer deposit we can move forward with design. We will prepare a design for your approval including floor plans/layouts; finishes; furnishings; fixtures; materials and accessories. Once approved we will move forward with executing the design. Depending on the scope this part of the process can take from a few weeks to a few months. Final step is the installation.
