What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The trial package of 10 sessions costs $65 per session. After that I offer two options: a package of 5 sessions priced at $75 per session, and a package of 10 sessions priced at $70 per session.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to meet in person at the facility where I train my clients, and discuss previous training experience, health issues, nutrition habits and fitness goals. The second step is for the client to commit to a trial package of 10 sessions, which will allow the client to familiarize himself or herself with my professional conduct, and allow me to gain a better understanding of the client's mobility, strength, and overall conditioning. At the end of the trial package, the client will decide whether training with me would be a good fit. In the eventuality that the client decides to move forward and be trained by me;I will build a a training and nutrition program that will help the client achieve his or her goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a personal fitness trainer for over 12 years, and the International Sports Sciences Association is the organization that certified me as a personal fitness trainer.
