Hiring Bob was one of the best choices I made for our home. He was extremely professional while remaining casual and kind. He gets to work right away and gets so much done in the time we allot. I was feeling so stuck and frustrated with the clutter from a move, after Bob helped us I've been able to get back into a maintenance that has stuck for over a month. He also fixed a few things, gave us ideas for design/storage, assembled and broke down some items, and discovered unused attic storage that we didn't even know we had. I could go on about all the reasons you should hire Bob but to keep it sweet, just hire him. I'm so grateful to have found him and I will 1000% be hiring him moving forward.

Bob was excellent! He was extremely responsive and worked with my schedule. Prior to coming for the job, he asked great questions and had amazing attention to detail. He made great suggestions and even one that was both more efficient and cost-effective than my original plan. When he came, he hit the ground running and completed several tasks even some unplanned ones. He’s also a really nice guy! Would definitely recommend him and call for any future projects.

Quick responses. Helped with sorting out how to combine two bedrooms into one to make room for two new students starting in the fall. Polite and supportive of my project, offering advice on how to organize and Declutter. Made himself available on a short notice to help out on Saturday. Before and after of consolidating, blue and green room into the gray room.

Working with Bob is wonderful - he's very quiet, productive & effective, and just so easy to have around the house. Photos are what he accomplished after just one visit! Plan is to continue to work with Bob to unpack boxes in rest of house, then organize the newly cleared spaces. Cannot recommend highly enough!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I’ll usually accompany a quote with a reasonable hourly rate. In a typical organizing job,for example, a moderate to medium/high cluttered garage, I’ll try to complete the job in one 8 hour day, sometimes I’ll push to a 10 hour effort just to get the entire job completed. I like being up front with my clients from the start & once I see the situation, I’ll assure them what I think is possible to do in one days work and if they’re happy with my efforts, then the can ask me back again. Clients should not be throwing money at their home improvement professionals so they finish a job that was agreed upon beforehand. Building trust with someone that you’re allowing in your home is essential and I honor and appreciate their business.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I Listen to what my client wants & what they prefer. I Prioritize the steps needed to achieve their goals. I work very hard on organizing a manageable area at a time focusing on the most efficient and visually appealing approach that my client will be able to find what's needed and ease of maintaining things daily. I'll ask my clients if I'm on track to assure what I'm creating is conducive to how they want things done. In most cases there is intention mixed with common sense.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I've worked with clients from all walks of life and most share the fact that their professional and personal lives are extremely busy and have barely enough hours in a day to accomplish the demands of work and family life. The greatest moment, I get to experience with them is when I'm 75% through the organizing process and they see the months of frustration and paralysis disappear in one days work! They may comment, I wish I would've done this sooner! There are No Regrets, No Judgements, Just Solutions!
