I recently had Avanti Construction Group install a new electric heat pump air conditioning system in my home, and I was impressed with the service. They laid down tarps throughout the house during installation and cleaned up every day, allowing me to enjoy the house during construction. The whole process only took 3 days, and it was a hassle-free experience with outstanding service. Highly recommend!

We have had an excellent experience with Roman at Avanti Construction. We are working on converting our house from gas to all electric. We first called just to ask about getting an assessment of our gas furnace, insulation, etc. Roman spent a long time on the phone with me describing the kinds of things that they can do, what will make the most difference (e.g. attic insulation), etc. He was not pushy at all, but very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us a quite reasonable quote on completely re-doing the attic insulation (remove, clean, seal, and replace), and replacing the gas furnace with an electric heat pump. The quote was all inclusive, including running new electric circuits. We especially liked the "flat rate" for the heat pump and install (compared to quotes we got from other hvac companies, where the electric work was a huge additional cost). It took us several months to decide what to do, but Roman honored the price on the original contract. When we got serious about doing the work, he came to the house to assess the details. When we finally got down all the junk stored in our attic, we scheduled the work. Roman described what would happen each day and was always responsive to our texted questions. Once work began, workers showed up on time every day, were always very polite and friendly and knowledgeable. Removing all the attic insulation took longer than expected, but there were no extra charges. The new hvac system was a major amount of work - the condenser in the back yard, the blower in the attic, removing the old furnace, all new ducting to every room. Completed in 2 1/2 days. And it's working great. Last item was converting the old gas furnace "1/2 closet" to a normal closet - again, beautifully done including flooring, paint, molding, capping off and removing the gas lines, etc. Roman also suggested we could use GoGreen financing, which we looked into and indeed we are using - a nice service for both homeonwers and contractors. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend Avanti Construction Group.

My wife and I hired Avanti Construction Group to remodel our bathroom and it came out beautifully. They really went above beyond with the shower niche! I love the way it extends all the way across & the dimmable LED strip in the niche makes the perfect lighting to enjoy a relaxing bath. Highly recommend this team. We finally found a contractor that we would love to work with again.
