- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is a bit complicated, as the nature and scope of the job is always changing. However, I request a fixed price for any comprehensive strategy I create. Should the company/business need help with implementation, I can either charge another fixed fee on top of that or work on an hourly bases. For individuals that just need help with the platforms or a walk-through of set-up, best practices and how to move forward, I charge hourly. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
YES! I am always attending webinars and reading the latest social media articles. I am also a member of various Google+ and LinkedIn communities to stay on top of the every changing industry!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My clients run the gamut. The majority of my clients come to me needing a strategy. They have created a presence and found that it is not working for them. They see no increase in engagement, brand awareness or sales and realize that they might not be hitting social media properly. Other clients have been individuals that want to understand how social media can help them and their profession. So I have sat down with them and explained each platform in detail, as well as set up and how to move forward.
