FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a locally owned, family-operated company, ClearPoint Environmental & Restoration is committed to delivering high-quality restoration and environmental services with consistent professionalism and fair, competitive pricing. We provide complimentary assessments for water damage and mold concerns, followed by a clear, detailed proposal that outlines the recommended scope of work, project assumptions, and upfront pricing, so you have full visibility and confidence before any work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Typical Process with New Customers (Thumbtack) 1. Book a Free Assessment Once you reach out, we’ll ask a few quick questions (what happened, when it started, and which areas are affected) and schedule a complimentary on-site assessment. 2. On-Site Evaluation & Documentation We inspect the affected areas, discuss your concerns, and document conditions as needed (photos and, when applicable, moisture readings). We’ll also explain what we’re seeing and what the recommended next steps are. 3. Receive a Clear Scope, Timeline, and Cost After the assessment, you’ll receive a written proposal that includes a recommended scope of work, an estimated timeline, and transparent pricing. This helps you understand exactly what’s included and what to expect before any work begins. 4. Approve & Schedule the Work If you’d like to move forward, we finalize scheduling, confirm access details, and coordinate any necessary logistics to keep disruption to a minimum. 5. Quality Service + Ongoing Communication Our team completes the work with a focus on professionalism, cleanliness, and quality control. We provide updates throughout the project and confirm completion at the end, along with any recommendations for next steps (such as repairs or follow-on work if needed).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
