David and his team at Sac Heating & Air were absolutely phenomenal! I dont really leave reviews but they did such a great job that Im inclined to leave one. They swapped out my furnace and outside unit with incredible efficiency and professionalism. From the initial consultation to the final installation, David was communicative, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting the job done right. The team worked cleanly, respected my home, and ensured everything was up and running perfectly before leaving. We had a fantastic experience with David at Sac Heating and Air !Before reaching out to him, we tried another company, Reys Air Solutions, and it was nothing but back-and-forth. Their tech told us there was a leak, charged us $185, came back and still couldnt find it, then said wed need to pay another $400 for an electronic leak finder. On top of that, he warned the repair could cost up to $5,000 and pushed us toward replacing the entire unit for around $15,000. It all felt very off and untrustworthy.Thankfully, we called David. He came out the very next day, quickly found the leak (it was visible outside!), and explained everything clearly. He ordered the part, came back within a week, and had our AC working perfectly again. The total cost was nowhere near what Reys was quoting.David is professional, responsive, and most importantly, honest. He doesnt try to upsell or take advantagehe just gets the job done right. With the way the economy is, every dollar counts, and were grateful to have found someone we can truly trust. Highly recommend Sac Heating and Air !

Absolutely excellent customer service!!! Very reasonable pricing.I had an urgent call after-hours on a very hot evening for my mother in-law, a 95 year old living by herself. I called all the large companies that advertise. Most had answering service that required 20 minutes of info then a required a credit card before showing up. Frustrated I kept calling desperately trying to help her.I came across Sac hearing and Air. Dave answered the phone and said he might have a tech near by. He checked and unfortunately he was already en route to another call. Moments later he texted me and said he would come out personally. I texted him the address and he arrived shortly after.A short time later the Air was back on.He saved the day! My mother in-law is extremely grateful. Thanks again!Highly Recommend
