Dan was so kind and helpful. I reached out to him for my parents. Even though I, personally, wasn't the one requesting the service, he still respected me as a customer. In our situation, it was rough trying to describe what we needed done. With that being said, expect your quote to vary a little bit until he actually comes to take a look at the place. Another thing that I loved about his services was that he was very patient with working around our schedule. He notified me beforehand to let me know that he was on his way rather than just showing up to my home, which I really respect.
