FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
High Jinks has standard rates based on Fair Market Value. We do not undercut local face or body artists simply to get your business, so we may not be the cheapest but we are the best. The best way to get a great deal is to contact me direct. I have a standard rate based on service provided, location and length of time. The more time and more artists booked the per hr base rate drops. Once I quote I am always happy to negotiate, so please let's talk. And we do travel outside the area stated here so large and special events and festivals. I do donate to a few select charitable events, I have some annual events so any request must be made at least 9 months in advance. A standard discounted rate is offered to schools and non-profits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact is first made to High Jinks by email. Then we may speak directly to communicate the event details. A solid agreement is made by email. Retainers may be requested for large events however most often they are not needed. Payment day of the event is accepted. Prepayment or payment may be made by debit or credit card via PayPal. While my company is often hired by other local face and body artists/companies, my team works only for High Jinks. This team provides a safety net, when I say I'll we'll be there, we are there. We never leave you hanging.
