FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate is $75/hr and I have a minimum service fee of $100. I provide estimates over the phone to save us both time. I deliver smaller materials from any retailer for an additional $25. We can discuss larger deliveries such as lumber or furniture in person. I highly recommend you let me shop for you as it saves both of us time. I offer both senior and veteran discounts for those who qualify. Tip me if you smile!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we would schedule you out onto a day that works well for both of us. Before proceeding to the project, I try to explore all possible options with my clients in order to figure out exactly what they want and need. My constant hope is to make the entire experience as pleasant and educated as possible for my client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been repairing things just about my entire life. Prior to becoming a handyman I specialized in building outdoor sheds which gave me a lot of experience in learning how to complete multi-skill requiring projects.
