As a paralegal for a San Diego firm that deals primarily with foreclosure actions and civil litigation regarding real property claims, the need for a mobile notary arises often. This was a rare instance where I was fortunate enough to solicit the services of a mobile notary and immediately receive a reply. Denise was polite, professional and extremely accommodating. I was considering a signing date two to three days out from the date of my request just to allow time for preparation, but Denise quickly advised that she could manage the appointment that afternoon assuming the signing party was also agreeable. Long story short, I was able to have the document executed and notarized that afternoon and in route to the firm via Fed Ex, which Denise was kind enough to drop off, for next day delivery. It goes without saying that I'll be reaching back out to Denise for any future signings needed in the Orange County area. I highly recommend Denise for anyone needing a signing appointment completed in her area of operation. Martin

Denise was professional and efficient! She replied within a few minutes of me contacting her and was able to accommodate a last minute appointment for the next day. Upon arrival, she was very respectful of covid protocols. We were completely comfortable and safe, even with our elderly father at home. All our documents were notarized expeditiously and she even took the time to answer questions I had about the process. Denise will definitely be my go to notary moving forward!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
very quick process , I always inform clients to have there Identification card with them ready it shouldn't take longer than 15min depending on how many signatures as well .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed mobile home agent and a licensed notary. I like to read through the notary handbook every other day to keep my mind fresh when coming across new things!
