- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices listed are the base fee for each service. This leaves room for negotiation on price dependent on the complexity of the project, or other unforeseen difficulties. I will typically discount my work based on volume, or if I am working with students or seniors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will always try and get a bit of background information on my new customers. It is important for me to understand where the customer is coming from, and to clearly define the expectations of the project. Knowing the intent of each customer is just as important as understanding the final deliverable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MBA in film production, as well as a BS in industrial engineering. I am motivated by solving problems, and there is rarely a situation that I cannot grow into and learn from. I am familiar with many technologies and techniques that are relevant to the work that I do, and I am constantly seeking to learn new things and stay current in my field.
