FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can only give you a general square foot estimate before assessing the property. There are many factors that affect the price of turf and of the install. For the turf, the price depends on the type of turf ordered. In general, less dense turf is less expensive while denser turf is more expensive. By working with ProLawn, you will already see savings in product price since we manufacture all of our turf in-house and in the USA. For installation, the price depends on the size of the project and the complexity of the install. Contact us if you would like to schedule a free in-person assessment of your artificial turf installation project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step with any new customer is to meet at the project location. Once at the location, measurements will be taken and an assessment will be completed to determine the scope of the install. During the same meeting, we will show you the different types of turf and recommend a few options for your situation. During or shortly after this meeting, a formal estimate will be sent with the total price for a turnkey installation. We require a deposit before moving forward with the project. When a deposit is received, we can schedule the installation. The install itself usually takes one to two days, but can be longer depending on size and complexity. The balance for the project is due after the final inspection (walk-through) of the installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ProLawn Turf boasts some of the most talented synthetic turf installers in the entire United States. The fact that we began installing turf in 1998 not only makes us more tenured than most, but during this time we have become experts in the technical qualities of turf and installation.
