- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 10% discount on all services to Veteran of the military, Active duty service members and DOD government employees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically after a phone call consultation, I will send a contract to the customers email. Once the contract has been signed and the deposit is received, the session is booked. On the day of the photoshoot I try to make the customer feel at ease so they can relax and enjoy their photoshoot. That helps to ensure we get great pictures! After the shoot, I will review the photos with the customer to identify which shots they prefer for editing. I will complete the editing and upload the photos to an online gallery within 3-5 days, and provide the gallery information to the customer. Galleries will stay online for 30 days. In that time the customer can have access to free downloads of their digital photos.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
It helps when the customer lets me know what their goals of the photoshoot are, as well as their budget. I try to be flexible, since photography needs can vary, but if you have any ideas I love to hear them upfront prior to providing a quote.
