Introduction: I work for my clients and always give the best possible customer service! I strive to always take care all my customers needs, no 2 jobs are the same. Each customer doesn't get the same routine job. I'm always want my customers to let me know if they have anything extra they need done. My list of "dont do's" is very short with only a few things listed. I'm here to make a living but not rip my customers off. If I can schedule accordingly or something to save my customers money I ALWAYS will. It's always different, not the same old routine day in and day out.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Its complicated because every job is different. Everything is considered and if something saves me money I will pass that on to the customer and take it off their bill. I always explain my quotes I detail to the customer during the estimate appointment which is always free!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
To make my own schedule, and to help people, which is something I've always enjoyed doing. The feeling people get when coming home to a clean house is wonderful and stress relieving. They love that and will kindly thank you for giving them that feeling and it is very gratifying!?
