    She wrote down my measurements, conducted several exercises to see where I was, and promised to bring an eating plan with her the next time she visited. She also texted me the first day after my session with her to see how I was feeling. Made me feel as though we're in this together...partners to get me fit!

    Kate is wonderful! I've been enjoying boot camp for the first time! Kate is helping me get back in shape after I had my son. She is knowledgable and fun which is a great combo. It's so nice to bring my baby along and see all the other kiddos playing and having fun too. Kate can customize the workouts to an skill or difficulty level easily. I would definitely recommend Kate's fitness programs to anyone. You'll love it and love yourself :)

    I go to Kate's Mommy and Me Bootcamp at 9 AM and love it!! I have never enjoyed, or stuck with, a workout program long term before finding this class and I've been going consistently for about a year and a half now. I love it!! I lost 17 lbs and 17 inches in one year and once I got pregnant again have managed to only gain 20 lbs thanks to keeping up with her workout program. Highly recommended! Kate is great!!

    I can't say enough good things about Kate. Everything about her is top notch. I have been training 3x per week for over two years and can't imagine ever stopping. She's the best - you can't go wrong with her as your trainer.

    My husband and I have been working with Kate for a month now and have always had a different and challenging workout each time we meet with her! She is also very knowledgeable about fitness techniques and nutrition! Kate has never been late or cancelled a session and is always very professional and motivating as well!!

    Kate helped me with trimming down after my second baby. She was Super awesome about helping me to meet my goals as well as assisting me to keep my motivation. Kate was always on time and worked with my schedule. I got down to my goal weight and got to start toning as well. I definitely recommend her! Not only does she come to you, but she also helped me work out because she entertained my kiddos while I was working out. This gave me more opportunities to work out (instead of only scheduling workouts when my kids were asleep).

    Different workout every day! She's makes it both challenging and fun. Every time I leave either personal training or bootcamp I am so happy I went. She does monthly assessments so you can check your progress and motivates you along the way. The best workouts annnnnd I bring my 8 month old baby!!

    Kate is very knowledgeable, helpful, and motivating. I enjoy going to the boot camps any time I can go. I feel better and I am comfortable asking Kate any questions knowing she will give me the correct information and guidance that I need. Kate also makes it fun and challenging at the same time.     Kate is awesome! She's very knowledgeable, flexible with scheduling, and really good about adapting workouts to compensate for injuries/recovery. I've mostly worked with her in personal training sessions, but the boot camps I've attended are great too! One of the best things about her training sessions is that she always mixes up the workouts, to keep your muscles challenged and your brain engaged. She's a blast to talk to, too!

    Kate is awesome! I did the mommy and me boot camp with her for about 6 months and now that I am back to work she comes to me for personal training. She helps to keep me motivated, has given me great nutrition tips and meal plans, which has lead to my weight loss. I also love that every workout routine with her is different.

    We highly recommend Kate as a personal trainer or group instructor. She is highly knowledgable and is willing to customize programs based on your needs. We rented a house in Temecula and hired Kate to come in as our group instructor during our week stay.

Personal Training $40-50/session Bootcamp $10/class; $30/month OR full year of unlimited classes for $199

Every 3 months I become certified in a new specialty or technique.
