Every project gets a free, itemized written estimate after a site visit. Pricing depends on scope, materials and permits. No hidden fees; any changes are documented in writing before work proceeds.

1) Call or message to discuss your project. 2) Site visit and measurements. 3) Written estimate with scope and timeline. 4) Signed contract and permits. 5) Construction with regular updates. 6) Final walkthrough.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold a California CSLB B - General Building license (#1125637), which requires passing the state law/business and trade exams and verified journey-level construction experience. We stay current on California building code, permitting, and inspection requirements and work with licensed, insured specialty subs where a job calls for it.
