We just used Kanna Construction & Remodeling to remodel our kitchen and we couldn't be happier with our decision. We interviewed a few other contractors but Kanna was a standout. Sean, the co-owner with his wife Kimberly, came to our home for the estimate. Sean's reasonable prices, enthusiasm, design ideas and extensive experience really put Kanna in the lead. Gary was our project manager and was wonderful to work with. He was here every day to check the remodel progress, kept us apprised of the work schedule and what to expect in the coming days. Joaquín was our foreman - another great asset to Kanna Contruction. He is so easy to work with and is very knowledgeable about all the trades his crews handle.
Our remodel would have been completed in about 2.5 weeks had it not been for unforeseen hiccups with our appliances, which had nothing to do with Kanna Construction. We got everything we wanted and didn't go a penny over budget. No surprise expenses or trying to sell us on extras we didn't want. Further, Sean and his team are committed to doing whatever it takes to make their client's happy, down to the smallest details.
We also had an unexpected second project when two of our bedroom windows began leaking during the kitchen remodel. Sean gave us a very fair price on window replacements and his team took care of it immediately. What a relief.
My husband and I work from home so we spent the entire time month within a few feet of Sean's crews as they worked. I can't say enough about how professional, kind, considerate and clean each crew was. They cleaned everything at the end of each workday, made sure we didn't have any concerns and were just such a pleasure to have around. Now that we know we have found a reliable, conscientious and trustworthy contractor, we're looking forward to the next project so we work together again!

We choose to work with Sean and we have an amazing new bathroom. He remodeled my bathroom
His price was competitive and included demo of our built in hot tub as well- which apparently connected to the whole plumbing and everything needed to be redone. When compared to the other quotes we received it was not included while the price was the same. Our bathroom looks great, like an actual spa. We glad we choose Sean and he is highly recommended!

We got about 5-6 bids before choosing Sean and Kanna construction to do our guest, master bathroom and partial kitchen remodel. Oh boy! Can I tell you that was the best decision we could make!Besides the fact we had some kind of experience with this type of project, as we did a remodelling project in the past with our first house. I have heard remodelling horror stories from my friends about their remodelling projects and contractors. While other companies that came to bid us were overpriced and suspicious, we got an honest and positive feeling with Sean.What really helped with our decision to go with Sean and Kanna Construction , is the knowledge and experience Sean displayed which made us really comfortable beside the very fair price.Sean was able to work with our budget and still create a beautiful new bathrooms and kitchen.We did had a few bumps while the project was going on, but nothing out of the ordinary when doing such a project. The fact that Sean was very responsive and quick to fix the problem was a major plus.The job was done up to our expectations and beyond. For any future home renovations and other remodelling we definitely going with Kanna Construction again. Lastly I want to thank Sean again, for your patient and best of work completing this project!
