I hired Mr. Freeman to repair the drainage system in the back yard, plant deer-resistant and drought resistant plants, repair the irrigation system, and install lighting in the yard. The work was in progress for about 1-1/2 months, which was appropriate for the amount of work. I was pleased that at the start of the job Mr. Freeman wrote up a detailed contract for the work to be done and the line item costs for my approval. During the job, I made some changes to the work to be done, and Mr. Freeman wrote the change order so both work and cost changes were in writing and agreed upon. He kept me informed of the progress of the work, informed me in advance when he would be on the property, and arrived on schedule. In addition, Mr. Freeman gave me a lot of advice about fertilizing plants, time schedules for running the sprinklers, how to repot plants, and more. He works with a horticulture expert who advised me on appropriate plants for the various locations in the yard and plants that deer do not like to eat, do not require a lot of water, and do attract birds and butterflies. The work done was excellent quality - both the materials used and the workmanship in repairs and plantings. In summary, Mr Freeman fulfilled the contract with regard to work and costs. The work was completed in a timely manner with the agreed-upon costs, I was pleased with the way he and his staff did the work, and I'm pleased with the results.

Reid was fantastic to work with - a virtuoso in landscaping. We were moving into our new home and wanted to overhaul the patio design and landscaping by the back yard and pool. Reid was sensitive to budget, applied superb creative acumen, and was incredibly vigilant with time management and meeting deadlines. He marshaled the project from inception to completion and we could not have been happier. The project was complete by the time the moving trucks arrived at our new home. Charming, courteous, respectful - we can't wait to work with Reid again. Bravo Reid!

Reid put in a beautiful garden in our backyard, as per my wifes input on assorted flowers. Also, he added a beautiful concrete patio and water feature that fell into our budget for the project.

I hired Reid and his crew to turn my backyard iceplant covered hill that was dying into a terraced hill. The crew were here daily and did a great job. I was very pleased with the end results.The crew were very professional and aimed to please, they were done in a very timely manner and left my premises clean and tidy. Other than some minor communication problems on my part,paying attention to being better understood would be a big plus for me in any upcoming projects,otherwise all went well and I am very happy with the work that was done and love my terraced hill!

I hired Mr Friedman to build his fence around my yard. Mr Friedman had me sign a contract which outlines the terms and conditions that I abided to. However, I had problems with his professionalism, punctuality, and completeness on time. This is an update to a prior review, which reflected the scope of progress at that time. Since then, he has completed majority of job, although subpar (inside trench was not completed)
