Dean is, in one word, extraordinary. He has talent to perform virtually every task involving construction, from plumbing to electrical to tiling to.....you name it. Plus, he's got the eye of an artist...at no extra charge. I retained him to install high-end Italian plumbing and marble, and I love it! (Also, for the record, he's neat, dependable, friendly, and a devoted family man..)

Dean retiled the tub/shower in my guest bathroom, and I am very pleased with his work. He described exactly how the work needed to be done, made suggestions as to where to purchase the tile, and gave a precise written estimate including time frame. The work was done exactly as described, and everything from removal of the old to installation of the new and the cleanup afterwards was handled to my satisfaction. I look forward to working with him on other projects.

Dean is very attentive to detail and does great work. He renovated a bathroom for me..installed a custom wall mounted glass sink, and tiled a whole wall in mosaic tile for us. We get compliments all the time on it. Honest guy and great work.

Dean is an excellent contractor. He is beyond professional. He answered all questions & came up with great ideas that I would never have thought of. He built me a shed for my backyard which still is being used by the newownerof my last home. It was a big selling point for mein the sale of the house too! Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We worked with a very demanding client who wanted a Master Bathroom that went above and beyond his expectations. We designed and built a 64 SF circular shower with an over head rain shower that has 480 led lights in. Its designed to illuminate the water to create a therapy feeling. The glass block wall to the shower sits in a curved marble base and has fiber optic lighting in the grout joints that change 8 different colors to match the shower head. In addition, we strategically placed 6 body jets, a regular over head shower fixture and an adjustable sliding hand held sprayer all controlled from a 5 way diverter valve. In the opposite corner of the bathroom we installed a top of the line corner spa with the same type of lighting to contrast the shower. All fixtures were imported directly from Italy including the black custom built marble sink.. The ceilings were raised to cathedral, painted flat black that makes you feel you are looking into infinity. Above the shower we installed an over head continuous waterfall to create beauty, peace and serenity.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
First make sure you like the contractor and check their credentials. Make sure they have substantial experience.If you have decided to pay them by an hourly rate, make sure their labor rate is for that type of work. The contractor should always take every precaution to protect flooring and all areas in and around the work site. Timeliness and clean professional work is a must. There are many so called contractors out there that look the part, yet don't really have the experience or knowledge that is required to do the job right. Be careful.
