What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I start with a new customer I like to start with the basics. Each round we will work on something different and towards the end we will implement each technique as one.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been boxing since I was 14 years old. I have trained over 30 people while I was in the Army all around the world (Iraq, UAE, Bahrain, Korea).
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I fell in love with boxing and since I was a kid I have always wanted to do my own personal training. I have separated from the Army after 14 years of service and decided to start a new career in what I love the most.
