Introduction: Everyone has a unique mind and body, with particular needs. In addition, life can get a little hectic every now and then and it is becoming even more important to slow down and take a deep breath. It is my service to hold space for others to experience themselves as they are by offering tools for my students to better familiarize themselves with their body and mind. I celebrate everyone's uniquenesses and carefully craft sessions to facilitate my clients particular goals. I lead and instruct yoga, mobility work, meditation and breathwork. All levels of practitioners are encouraged and welcome! Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced I can provide you with both a physical and or spiritual guided session. All in the privacy of your own home or desired location, I have designed my services to be of the highest comfort to you. Perfect for anyone who is looking for a deeper, more purposeful connection to themselves, while gaining body control, strength, awareness and understanding. I, Kyan Rios, creator of Mindful Dhyana, am 500hr Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor and a Functional Range Conditioning, Mobility Specialist through Kinstretch. Trained specifically in Vinyasa Yoga, Power Yoga, Restorative Stretch Yoga and Mobility work. I incorporate both breathwork and meditation into sessions (if wanted) for a better balanced mind and body.

Kyan has and always will be one of my favorite teachers. She has such a grounding and caring presence and it is felt throughout any class she teaches. Her sessions are filled with so much knowledge, intention and love and I always leave feeling amazing both mentally and physically.

If anyone has ever taken a class with Kyan you can tell that she values her students. Not only does she value her students but she has a passion for what she does. Kyan is always checking in on her students and this gives a better understanding of what they need from her. She helps you find ways to move your body in ways that benefit your body and mind. Kyan has taught me to make a connection with the world around me. From taking her classes I have learned how to nurture and heal myself. I highly recommend anyone to take Kyan’s class so they can truly see how passionate she is about what she does!

LIFE CHANGING!!! So grateful that I found out about Mindful Dhyana! 🤩 Kyan has been my teacher for about 2 years now and she is absolutely amazing. I have practiced yoga and breath work with her and can proudly say that it has changed my life. I feel and look better than I ever have before and I would highly recommend her to my friends. ❤️

Kyan Rios is an excellent yoga instructor. She takes the time to analyze her clients and really figure a routine that works best for their level fitness. I highly recommend yogis of all levels intensity to try her class.

Working with Kyan is truly a gift. A. She inspires you with her energy and care and, B. you feel so safe with her because she is so tuned in to you and your body and your breath so that you feel like you aren't on your own. That being said she also gives you space; she has great emotional intelligence and knows how to read the room. Easily in the top 5 teachers of all time.
