Kyan Rios is an excellent yoga instructor. She takes the time to analyze her clients and really figure a routine that works best for their level fitness. I highly recommend yogis of all levels intensity to try her class.Oct 15, 2020
I started my yoga journey 25 years ago, while dancing with a concert dance company. I traveled the world exploring ideas, mindfulness, and diverse practices—with the intention of finding the balance of mind, body, and spirit. I can say, without hesitation, that Kyan offers one of the most well-rounded, connected, purposeful practices I’ve had the pleasure (and benefit) of sharing. I’m an advanced practitioner; I appreciate that she guides the class (regardless of experience, age, or ability), to find what works for them. I always felt challenged, yet supported. Her energy, light, and knowledge are pure bliss. I highly recommend the experience Kyan shares!Oct 2, 2020
Kyan is my all time favorite yoga teacher and I've met a lot In my 7 years of practicing !! she not only knows how to teach a yoga class but also turns it into a complete spiritual experience , between her playlist and flow I highly recommend group or one on one sessions she will have you feeling amazing !!!Oct 2, 2020
Kyan is very passionate at what she does, it exudes in they way she teaches and into her practice. Her routines are unique and vary in her choice of playlist and/or target postures she would like to concentrate that day, which makes it fun and always a new experience. Kyan’s years of experience in yoga and the asanas will not only guarantee that you are taught the proper alignments, allow for a great work out, but most importantly experience a calm body and mind. Can’t wait to practice with her again! Namaste!🙏🏾🧘🏽♀️Oct 7, 2020
Yoga has caught my interest before in the past, but I never realized what I was missing out on until I had Kyan as an instructor. I still remember the first day of class I entered feeling pretty comfortable with my flexibility and body control, but boy was I in for a surprise, at the end of the class , I understood the importance of breath, and movement in my body. Since then I have continued to join kyans classes because every time i finish a session with her i learn something new and come out, feeling self growth in my mind ,body as well as my soul. I truly thank her for all the hard work , time and effort she puts into each session to insure , that im always motivated and growing each day . Kyan is an amazing instructor and human being .Oct 2, 2020

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? Before our first session and consultation, I always try to get to know my clients on personal level and vice versa, so that they can evaluate if I am the right fit for what they are looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a 200 RYT, Vinyasa Yoga and Power Yoga instructor. I have attended multiple mobility trainings and am currently getting certified in FRC. Functional Range Conditioning optimizes your joints health and strength, while challenging your bodies end range of motion and gained mobility. In addition, I have facilitated meditations years prior to becoming a teacher of any sort. Then, began incorporating breathwork into my classes when I started teaching yoga.
