Ron is professional and personable. His workers do a good job and are also professional. Job was done in between rains and now no more leaks! We'll be calling Ron again in the future for other jobs.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I'm extremely fair for the work that I provide. It depends on what is required. I provide a written estimate after I have gathered all of the information needed.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Initial contact via phone or email. Gather all of the pertinent information necessary. Set an appointment. Set up a ladder if necessary, draw a diagram, take measurements. Discuss your desires and take the information back to my office. Call the suppliers-vendors for pricing and put together a written proposal which will be sent by email or the postal service.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I'm constantly emailed about new products, techniques or laws/codes. Attend working seminars and workshops.
