Michael was absolutely fantastic. He came out to address my water pressure issues and went above and beyond from start to finish. He thoroughly checked everything, explained what he was looking at, and gave me a ton of helpful advice along the way. What really stood out was how genuine he was—he wasn’t just trying to get the job done and leave; he actually wanted me to understand what was going on with my plumbing and make informed decisions. He got my water pressure exactly where it needed to be and also replaced some water lines that had been installed incorrectly by someone else. Everything was handled professionally and done right. It’s hard to find someone who is knowledgeable, honest, patient, and genuinely cares about the quality of their work. Michael is definitely that guy. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again for any plumbing work, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone they can trust.
