- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a fee for service calls; time for the technician to visit the home or business to test and diagnose a problem. We offer several discounts; senior, veteran, economically-challenged, as well as others. Don’t be afraid to ask. We also run specials from time to time. We routinely run our specials on instagram.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to first assess the customers needs so we can beat know how to help them. Once we know what is needed we will give an estimate or invoice, depending on the nature of the work needed. Once we’ve agreed we will sign a contract and schedule the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in the trade for over 26 years with contractors licenses in 4 different trades.
