The secret to mediation is ease of tension. Imagine you and your ex (fill in the blank, spouse, boss, landlord, tenant, customer) can't resolve an issue. While I have not used Lari's services as of yet. I spoke with her at some length on the phone about our situation.. She was very informative, patient and thorough, not to mention caring. She brought up valid points that I have not considered.. When it comes time to choosing a mediator I would feel very comfortable using her services.
