- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly $50 for 1-6 people. Events and Catering prices depend on event, number of people as well as menu. Food cost is covered by client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Designing 3 menus based on clients needs & allowing them to mix match and choose what best fits their needs. Deposit required upon agreement. Gathering fresh, local ALWAYS organic produce and ethical meats & performing event/dinner (includes rentals, staff etc.) with top notch quality, based upon clients needs. Clean up is always provided. I leave my kitchens as I found them or cleaner. Balance of service as well as food cost is paid after event/dinner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is rooted in over 16 years experience. I am a self taught chef, who through practice & inspiration for what is available seasonly, I have been inspired to nourish community and help to heal others, from the inside out. I have extensive knowledge in a vast amount of specialty diets including :gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free, paleo, body ecology, ketogenic, diets, vegetarian, vegan, etc.
