- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to schedule a 30 minute interview, either via phone, email or in person to discuss all your needs and expectations. We can then decide in what way we can best work together to reach your business's goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in bookkeeping, accounting and with computer's/software/IT work for over 25 years. I have a bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing this work in high school with my mother in the early 1980's. She was always a bookkeeper and accountant, and she taught me everything she knew. I had several clients as I worked my way through college. I even took over her bookkeeping job when she got sick and passed away. I have been doing that work as well as software programming/IT work ever since.
