- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are absolutely no hidden fees with portrait sessions. Commercial use may require an extended license for third party use or paid advertising.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a time to chat on the phone, discuss who's going to be in the photos and whether there is a goal for the images ie: family, senior, press, boudoir, commercial or for fun. Beyond that, nail down a time & location. After the deposit is placed, I'll send you location and wardrobe suggestions plus visual inspiration for posing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began shooting in 2019 and was self-taught learning about portraits and primarily live music and concert photography. In 2024 I started taking classes at RRCC for Professional Photography where I've extended my knowledge of editing and related software but the biggest takeaway by far has been lighting. Most of my recent work is in-studio where I've honed in on a contrasty and dramatic look.
