I am running discounted rates to get more reviews.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk on the phone about how I can add value to the customer. And I am happy to do a free estimate on site as well. I can provide my creative advice on how to fix a problem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I own 4 properties, and they have all been “value add” projects. Meaning work has to be done to improve the property. I understand the homeowners prospective. Each project is an investment to the property value, and it needs to be done right.
