We extended our house with Shane. He able to work with us and understand our needs and restrictions. He had good contacts and he worked well with the items we needed. Even a few months later, a few follow ups were needed and he worked with us in those items.

We hired them to replace our vinyl siding with stucco. The age of our house meant that things werent always as expected. We appreciated their ability to adapt to the changing conditions while minimizing any additional cost. Finished product is something all are proud of! Jacob made specific effort to keep the job site clean on a daily basis, allowing us to continue using our outdoor spaces during the project. Some challenges with timing that are likely standard in a construction project, including weather, supply chain and resource availability. Overall, high quality work!

You will be happy with my clear detailed estimates. Also, I take signed contracts seriously working diligently to prevent project overages and change orders.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am very hands on and face to face. We will look at the job, brainstorm together and draw up ideas for clarity. I like to go to supply houses with my clients and really make sure we are happy with colors, textures and materials before getting started.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands on! Starting in my early 20's I have worked in many fields of construction. I was hired as a framer. I built a business self performing apartment turns and maintenance. worked for a large apartment complex as head of maintenance turning units. i was an HVAC technician for ten years. I built a company from the ground up building equestrian facilities, barns and arenas. It's what I know and what I love!!
