- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You will be happy with my clear detailed estimates. Also, I take signed contracts seriously working diligently to prevent project overages and change orders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am very hands on and face to face. We will look at the job, brainstorm together and draw up ideas for clarity. I like to go to supply houses with my clients and really make sure we are happy with colors, textures and materials before getting started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands on! Starting in my early 20's I have worked in many fields of construction. I was hired as a framer. I built a business self performing apartment turns and maintenance. worked for a large apartment complex as head of maintenance turning units. i was an HVAC technician for ten years. I built a company from the ground up building equestrian facilities, barns and arenas. It's what I know and what I love!!
