- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The best way to get accurate pricing on your job is to call in and schedule a free in-home estimate. We cannot give accurate pricing without seeing the area to be worked on and examine the many elements that go into the job. This is also the best way to meet us face to face and have a conversation about your vision for the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers who find us online usually call to set up a free in-home estimate. We can bring samples out to the customer or take initial measurements and then have the customer come in to our beautiful show room in Olde Town Arvada to pick out their product. From there we make a fully delineated bid for the customer to consider. We can adjust the bid accordingly to best fit the customer's vision and budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Owner Randy comes from a flooring family and has been doing flooring himself for over twenty years. Because of the variety of work we do we also have experience with large remodels and commercial jobs as well and can provide drywall, plumbing and electrical work that relates to your flooring job.
