- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be as fair as I can with pricing especially in this economy however I do have to charge for the quality of work provided. I do definitely take into consideration the ACTUAL amount of work being done so if I come in and you have a 3 bedroom and only want like one cleaned or things like this I will price accordingly I don't believe in charging people for things they aren't really getting cleaned I only want to charge for the work that is ACTUALLY being done. I do charge extra for certain services as do most of us but I do still try to be fair on that as well I offer a FREE in home estimate to get a better idea of what the customer expects or needs and so in turn I can provide a fair and accurate quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I initially offer a FREE in home estimate to better get a sense of what the client wants or needs and I can provide a more accurate and fair price. Once I give the quote and they hire and we schedule I will typically call or text the night before the appointment to confirm the booking. The day of the first cleaning as with every cleaning I will start with a quick walkthrough to determine where to start unless otherwise agreed upon a certain place to start. I will then begin to clean working my way from inside to out mainly bedrooms first then bathrooms,living room,dining room then kitchen, mudrooms and such. Once I am finished if customer is there I will let them know I am finished and if they want to check the quality of the work I will then have them do that. If they are not home or busy working etc I will usually just go ahead and leave and shoot them s text letting them know that I am finished at this time I will collect payment either by app (cash app,zelle,venmo) or customer can leave cash or pay directly to me at time of service. I will then ask if/when they would like to reschedule

Associate of Occupational Studies Degree (Business Mastery, Job Readiness Training Program Graduate, Holistic Medicine, Administrative, Social Economic Studies) 20+years of Management experience 20+Years of Customer Service experience OSHA (Hazardous Chemical knowledge certification) Knowledge of Holistic and Auervedic cleaning products Continued education on cleaning products and tools needed to perform all cleaning duties
