This is the first time I worked with someone I would rehire. Job took 8 days instead of 5 but we added a ton of work—tiling 3 areas, refinished 2 doors, new baseboards. He was always pleasant, and always came when he said he would. I will definitely rehire him for more work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very fair. i am not the least expensive. this is my living . i dont mark up materials as other contractors would. i give you my pricing cabinets, flooring, counter tops. i only make money on labor.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to walk through the project objectives. I give realistic possibilities and wont promise what is not achievable. I give the customer my professional options and can tell you what and what cant be done.
