Everyone should mediate their divorce!!! We thought we had to hire lawyers, but you don't! A good mediator will help you work through things, even if tension is high and a lot of money is at stake. Talk to Krista first - even though the lawyers don't want you to. They make money if you fight more. Our judge told us our mediator did an excellent job helping us settle everything. She earned that compliment.

Krista did an incredible job of rationally and helpfully guiding me and my ex-wife through the incredibly difficult process of divorcing. From the minute it became clear that my marriage was falling apart I started thinking about all the horror stories of dads being treated unfairly and coming out on the short end of the process. Our mediators provide services at their hourly rate ranging from $75-$95 hour per person. We will determine the issues that require attention and determine the scope and cost of our work together.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak briefly with each party to understand the issues. Together we determine the needs and the best mediation and/or coaching technique to meet those needs. Then, we meet and mediate.
