Introduction: At AbodeSTR, we offer full-service property management for short-term rental properties located in Colorado and Arizona. We do everything from listing your property on Airbnb and VRBO, managing cleaners and maintenance workers, communicating with guests, and more. We have experience managing properties located in Denver metro, Boulder, Black Hawk, Vail, Scottsdale, and Sedona. I highly recommend Clara for full-service vacation property management. She helped me decide on budget-friendly renovations and furniture to get my short-term rental ready for renters and maximize nightly rates. She handled all aspects of getting my property listed on Airbnb and it is already booked far in advance. Without her, I don't know how I would have started this process.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My management fees range from 18-25% if your nightly rate depending on the amount of services you would like and the earning potential of the property.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    With all potential customers, I start with a free consultation call to learn about your property and your needs for property management. From there, I propose next steps for getting your property ready to rent.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a bachelors in engineering and worked professionally as a software engineer. I use this skillset to optimize your listing on booking platforms to obtain the highest return on your investment. I have also bought and fully renovated two of my own investment properties. I have experience doing home improvement work myself as well as managing contractors. I also have experience doing interior design and furnishings for my own rental properties.
